This Koozie® brand custom can cooler is designed to fit standard cans. This Rush Service Koozie® delivers in 5 business days with a full-color custom logo or design on the front & back. Must follow guidelines below for Rush Service.
5-Day RUSH DELIVERY Guidelines
All custom Koozie® & Coolie orders must adhere to the following guidelines for 5-Day Rush Delivery.
**IF THESE GUIDELINES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, YOUR ORDER WILL REQUIRE UP TO THREE ADDITIONAL BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS.**
1. Submit a PDF of your artwork in vector format with all text converted to outlines. Artwork needs to have been created using vector software such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Non-vector artwork will require additional time to process. Artwork with photographic images or all-over printing will require additional time- please inquire before submitting your order.
2. Color assortments are not available. The material color and imprint color must be the same on all Koozies® or coolies.
3. The maximum order quantity is 500 Koozies® or coolies (2 packs of 250). Orders above 500 Koozies® or coolies will require additional time to complete- please inquire.
4. Shipping address, email & phone number must be complete and accurate. We may need to reach you after hours if we have a question about your order.
5. Price includes free delivery to one destination in the continental US. 5-day delivery time frame assumes no delays with the shipping carrier (usually FedEx). We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or lost/stolen packages, as these are out of our control. It doesn't happen often, but if FedEx is late delivering for any reason including weather delays, we are unable to provide refunds.
6. Once we receive all of your order details, you'll receive an order confirmation and proof which must be approved before we proceed with your order. Once you approve everything, you'll receive a link to make payment online via credit card.
7. The order timeline begins once your order is finalized. Finalized means you have approved your order & proof and have submitted payment. We try to send proofs and order confirmations within a few hours, but it may take up to 24 hours depending on current order volume.
8. Once you approve your order & proof and submit payment, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER.
9. Orders finalized by 2PM EST Monday-Friday will be delivered 5 business days later (holidays excluded).
