7-Day Custom Koozies® & Coolies

1. Submit your artwork in vector format with all text converted to outlines. This will usually be a .AI or .EPS file. Some PDF files are also vector format. Regardless of the file type, artwork must have been created using vector software such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Artwork not submitted in vector format will require additional time to process. 

2. If ordering multiple Koozie ®  colors, they must be in increments of at least 100 per color. The imprint color MUST BE THE SAME on all of the material colors you select, so keep that in mind when selecting your material colors.

3. The maximum order quantity for SEVEN DAY service is 2,500 Koozies ®. Orders above 2,500 Koozies ®  will require additional time- please inquire.

4. Shipping address must be complete and accurate. Your contact info must also be complete and accurate, and must include a valid email where we can reach you. We may need to reach you after hours if we have a question about your order, so please be on the lookout for any emails from us.

5. Price includes free FedEx Ground shipping to one destination in the continental US.  Custom Koozies ®  ship from  Clearwater, FL and the Budget Custom Coolies ship from  Balch Springs, TX. Ground shipping transit time is 1-5 business days depending on the destination address. If expedited shipping is required, please contact us before submitting your order. We are not responsible for FedEx shipping delays or lost/stolen packages.

6. Once you submit your order, you'll receive an order confirmation and proof which MUST BE APPROVED before we proceed with your order. Once you approve everything, you'll receive a link to make payment online via credit card.

7. The SEVEN DAY turnaround time begins once your order is finalized. Finalized means you have approved your order & proof and have submitted payment. We try to send proofs and order confirmations within a few hours, but it may take up to 24 hours depending on current order volume.

8. Once you approve your order & proof and submit payment, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER.

9. Orders finalized by 2PM EST will ship seven business days later (holidays excluded).
