3-DAY RUSH DELIVERY Guidelines
All custom Koozie® & Coolie orders must adhere to the following guidelines for 3-Day Rush Delivery.
1. Submit a PDF of your logo or design in vector format with all text converted to outlines. If you do not have vector artwork, please send the highest resolution image you have available (largest file size). We'll let you know if we can convert it on our end (additional processing time may be required and additional fees may apply; we'll let you know once we take a look). Artwork with photographic images or all-over printing will require additional time- please inquire before submitting your order.
2. Color assortments are not available. The material color and the artwork/design must be the same on all Koozies® or coolies to qualify for rush service.
3. Shipping address, email & phone number must be complete and accurate. We may need to reach you after hours if we have a question about your Koozie®/Coolie order. Shipping address must be within the continental United States to qualify for rush service.
4. Once we receive all of your order details and have confirmed that your logo or design qualifies for rush service as outlined above, you'll receive an order confirmation and proof which must be approved before we proceed with your order. Most proofs are ready within a few hours (usually sooner) if your artwork was submitted in vector format. Once you approve everything, you'll receive a link to make payment online via credit card.
5. The order timeline stated above is based on FedEx published transit times and begins once your order is finalized. Finalized means you have approved your order & proof and have submitted payment. Once finalized, it will not be possible to make changes to your order. Orders finalized by 2PM EST Monday-Friday will be delivered within the time frame stated above. Holidays will affect order timeline - please inquire before placing your order.
